A reed diffuser is a flame-free way to fragrance your space. It uses natural rattan reeds to absorb and disperse fragrance oil into the air, providing a continuous, safe aroma without heat or electricity.  

2. How long does a reed diffuser last?
Our 100ml diffusers typically last 2-3 months, depending on room size and reed usage. To extend longevity, flip the reeds weekly and avoid placing in direct sunlight.

3. Are your products safe for kids/pets?
Yes! Our fragrances are phthalate-free and non-toxic. However, keep diffusers out of reach of children and pets to avoid accidental spills.  

4. Are your ingredients eco-friendly?
• Oils: Vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without parabens.  
• Bottles: Made from recyclable glass.  
• Reeds: Sustainably sourced rattan.  

5. Can I use a reed diffuser in small spaces?
Perfect for bedrooms, bathrooms, or offices. For larger areas (e.g., living rooms), we recommend using 2-3 reeds for stronger diffusion.

6. Do you ship to the US?
Yes! We offer all US orders.

7. What if my order arrives damaged?

8. Can I return a scent I don’t like?
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If you need help adjusting the scent intensity (too light/strong), email us for personalized tips!

11. How do I recycle the bottle?
Empty the oil, rinse with warm water, and recycle the glass bottle. Reeds can be composted.  

12. Do you use plastic packaging?  
No! We ship in 100% recycled cardboard with biodegradable filler.
